Bookkeeping Services

Core
Monthly services include...
- Importing transactions from online banking tools into Quickbooks Online, for up to three bank accounts.
- Completing bank reconciliation steps, for up to three bank accounts.
- Inspecting General Ledger activity to verify accuracy and appropriateness of recordkeeping.
- Preparing standard management reports for client review by the 15th of each month, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, or similar reports for nonprofit clients.
- Email correspondence as needed for the maintenance of quality client records.
Premium
Monthly services include...
- Core Package Services- everything included in the monthly Core Package
- Client email account unique to your business.
- 24-hour email responsiveness to client requests for information.
- Management of up to six bank accounts.
- Basic single-state payroll support.
- One hour of CPA consulting time per month.
- One Add-On of your choice.
Add-Ons
Available with both Core and Premium
- Transaction data entry from client documentation or other records.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): processing client giving records by donor or income by client.
- Accounts Payable (AP): processing and submitting payments to client vendors or contractors.
- Payroll: processing client data to a payroll service provider.

Tax Related Services
We currently offer Basic 1040 and NC single state filing and 990 tax filing services. Additional states can be requested and will be reviewed based on complexity and nature of return.
